Dining and drinking at the Gatwick Langshott Manor

The Mulberry restaurant

Overlooking the delightful hotel grounds, the Mulberry Restaurant is the perfect dining complement to the opulent accommodation. Recently renovated, the Mulberry Restaurant has been redesigned to compliment the hotel’s 16th century heritage. The ingredients are locally sourced and as fresh as possible, so you’ll always be dining on the healthiest and heartiest dishes.

There are also lounges and terraces to sit back and relax in, gazing over the stunning grounds. Weather permitting, you can choose to sit out on the terrace and dine al fresco, but otherwise the lounges are warm and relaxed. Some quick nibbles and lighter bites, as well as a gorgeous Afternoon Tea, are all available to order – ideal if you’re preparing for a long flight the next day. You’ll also want breakfast, which comes as either a Continental or English breakfast option. Room service also operates 24 hours a day, on request.

Main dishes on the menu at the Mulberry Restaurant include rabbit, sea bass, duck, pork and plaice. Some of the newer dishes are even more impressive, with orders including wild duck with clementine and carrot, or venison with spiced red cabbage and celeriac. Indulgent desserts, such as acorn panna cotta with butternut squash ice cream, round off a thoroughly lavish dining experience.
