Parking at the Gatwick Ibis

There are 70 spaces available at the Ibis Gatwick, with packages available to leave your car at the Gatwick Long Stay facility or the Gatwick Airparks car park. You can leave your car at the hotel overnight for £5 and then drive to the car park of your choice on the day of your flight once you’ve checked out of the hotel.

Procedures

When you arrive at the hotel you will need to find a parking spot, in which you can leave your car in over night during your stay. In the morning, simply drive your car to the car park where you’ve purchased a parking package.

Getting to and from Gatwick airport

The G23 shuttle bus runs daily between the hotel and airport around every half an hour (every hour before 4am) from 2.50am to half-past-midnight. A single fare on the bus costs £3.20 for adults and £2.20 for children.

Over-stay charges

Extra days will be charged at the daily rate of the parking facility that you’ve chosen.

Dining and drinking at the Gatwick Ibis

There are two places to relax and unwind at the Ibis Gatwick – the restaurant and bar areas. The Café restaurant serves a range of mains and desserts that are sure to please all tastes, from curries to pasta and pizza. There’s no better place to share a meal with family and friends and spend the evening relaxing. Once you’ve finished dinner, the on-site bar is well placed to serve you a refreshing drink from the range of soft and alcoholic beverages. Dinner is served until 10pm and breakfast the next morning comprises a mouthwatering ‘all-you-can-eat’ buffet that’s available from 6.30am until 10pm.

Mains include roast chicken with Reggae Reggae sauce, pasta and pizza dishes, chicken korma, beef chilli, curry and seasonal mussels. Directions to the Ibis Gatwick

The Gatwick Ibis is only a few miles from Gatwick airport and a quick, ten-minute journey. It’s easy to reach by car, or by taxi from a local train station.

By car, exit the M23 at junction 10 and follow signs that point to the A2011.
Go straight over the first two roundabouts, and at the third roundabout take the last exit towards Gatwick airport (A23).
Follow the A23 for around a mile-and-a-half, until you reach a roundabout. Here, go straight ahead onto the dual carriageway.
The Gatwick Ibis will be visible on the other side of the dual carriageway. At the next roundabout, go all the way around and back up on the other side of the dual carriageway for access to the hotel.

Taxis are available from the airport terminals, where there is also a railway station. A taxi to the Gatwick Ibis costs around £10 and the G23 bus travels between Gatwick airport and the hotel.
