When you arrive at the Gatwick Holiday Inn, all you need to do is find a parking space and head straight to reception. You need to leave your keys with reception staff when you check out, in case they need to move your car whilst you’re away.

Getting to and from Gatwick airport

From the hotel, just hop on a bus straight to the terminals. The shuttle charge one-way is £3 per person. You can return to the hotel using the same bus service when you get back.

You’ve also got the option of booking Maple Manor’s Meet and Greet service. When you depart for the airport, Maple Manor will come and collect your car from the hotel, transferring it to a secured car park. On your return, all you have to do is give them a ring when you’ve disembarked, and they’ll bring your car to the terminal for you to collect.

Over-stay charges

Additional days parking at the hotel will be charged at the daily rate, payable directly to the hotel. If you’re using Maple Manor’s Meet and Greet service, additional days are charged at their daily rate.

Traders is the Holiday Inn Gatwick’s on-site restaurant. It’s open for breakfast from 6am until 10.30am, reopening for dinner between 6pm and 10.15pm. The main courses on offer include traditional dishes alongside some more exotic meals, so whether you fancy a pie or some antipasti, you won’t go hungry. The buffet breakfast at Traders includes all the traditional ingredients (croissants, cereals, sausage and bacon, etc.) alongside cold meats and cheeses to give you more choice in the morning. Kids (under 13) eat free at Traders if accompanied by a paying adult, taking some of the stress out of starting your holiday. Make sure to get a voucher at reception when you check in, as you will save even more. At dinner time, starters at Traders are around £6-8, with main courses starting from £12. At around £5, you’ll be tempted to order a dessert to finish off your meal. The selection of wines that Traders offers ensures there’ll be the perfect one to complement your choice of dish – simply ask a member of staff for their recommendation

The Hub Bar

At The Hub bar, you can order a burger, curry or chilli, or maybe a lighter snack to accompany your round of drinks. The main bar has a cosy and intimate atmosphere, with a large open plan section just outside if you’d like more space. In the summer months, you can take your drink out into the garden and enjoy the sunshine. Wi-Fi internet access is available in the bar, so you can surf the net whilst you’re tucking in. The Hub’s food selection includes lighter snacks alongside full meals, satisfying your hunger during the day if you can’t wait until dinner! Traditional fish and chips sit proudly on the menu alongside curry, gourmet burgers, and lasagne, with soups and salads also available if you don’t fancy a full meal. Deli sandwiches start from £6, with full main courses starting at £12.

Located less than two miles from Gatwick airport, the Gatwick Holiday Inn is not far from the M23 – giving your sat nav a break. The nearby rail stations provide quick and easy access in and out of central London.

  • To reach the hotel by car, exit the M23 at junction 9 and leave the roundabout at the second exit (signposted ‘North Terminal/Redhill’).
  • Cross over the motorway, and go straight over at the next roundabout. At the third roundabout, go right towards Hookwood on the A217.
  • Continue on this road, going straight over the next roundabout. Immediately after the roundabout, bear left and follow signs for the Holiday Inn.

As the Holiday Inn Gatwick is so close to the airport, the nearest rail station is at the South terminal, providing direct links to central London via Victoria and London Bridge stations. Horley station is on this line, and is also close to the hotel.
