Procedures

You’ll need to drive to the Airparks site and secure your car before you make your way to check in at the hotel. Remember to take your e-voucher with you when you drop your car off at the parking facility – it’s attached to your booking confirmation. Once you’re at the car park and have found a space for your vehicle, you can catch the transfer bus to the hotel.

When you get back from your holiday, you can catch the transfer bus again and collect your car from the car park, where it’ll be waiting in the same space that you chose for it when you arrived.

If you’re arriving at the hotel by car, leave the M42 at junction 6 and follow the signs for Birmingham airport until you reach the Ibis – that’s all there is to it .

Guests using public transport to reach the hotel should also head directly for the airport. There’s a bus stop right outside the terminal, providing links to the centre of Birmingham, Coventry, and the rail station for local and national train services. If you’ve arrived in Birmingham by train, the direct Air-Rail link runs straight to the airport, and you can then walk to the hotel from the terminal building.
